Espresso
In recent years, I have been heavily involved in the preparation of the perfect espresso. However, I am just as enthusiastic about the preparation of milk drinks.
Skiing
I have been a passionate skier since childhood. After graduating from high school, I also completed my training as a ski instructor with the Hessian Ski Association.
Cycling
In summer, I use my bike both as a primary means of transport and for gravelbike tours through the forest.
